Important Notice: Changes to Public Service Healthcare Plan (PSHCP) & Pensioners’ Dental Services Plan (PDSP) Contribution Rates
Effective April 1, 2025, new monthly contribution rates for the PSHCP and the PDSP will be implemented.
Since contributions are paid one month in advance, the updated rates will be reflected in your March 2025 pension payment for April 2025 coverage.

2024 Tax statements
Your year end tax statements will be mailed by the end of February 2025 and should arrive by March 15, 2025. Did you know that you can view your year end tax statements in My Account on Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) secure portal at Canada.ca/my-cra-account? Once you have registered, you’ll have access to limited tax information. After you receive and enter your CRA security code, you’ll have access to all services available in My Account, including viewing your tax information slips. This is a quick, convenient, and secure way to view your tax statements.
Announcement of 2025 Indexing Rate
We are pleased to announce that the 2025 indexing rate for public service pension plan benefits has been set at 2.7%. This new rate will take effect on January 1, 2025. To learn more, visit the Indexing rate - Retired members - Pension - Canada.ca.
Member feedback Survey—2024
If you have contacted the Pension Centre in the last 3 months, you may receive a phone call or email inviting you to participate in a member feedback survey about your experience with the Pension Centre, and to see if our services met your expectations. The email will be sent by the research firm Advanis.
Completing the survey is voluntary. Your participation will be kept confidential. What you tell us won’t have an impact on your pension payments or essential services.
The survey period will end February 2025.
