Canada Post Disruption

To avoid delays in receiving your pension, we encourage you to sign up for Direct Deposit by contacting the Government of Canada Pension Centre.

For most active members, you can also receive information through the active member pension portal messaging system, which helps ensure continued access to your pension communications during any mail service disruption.

If you need to send pension documents urgently, you may fax them. If original documents or signatures are required by the Government of Canada Pension Centre, please send them by courier to the address below.

Pension deposit

Your Pension will be deposited in your bank account on the third last banking day of the month. To find out when your deposit will be made, visit the Royal Canadian Mounted Police pension calendar.

Member feedback Survey—2025

If you have contacted the Pension Centre in the last 3 months, you may receive a phone call or email inviting you to participate in a member feedback survey about your experience with the Pension Centre, and to see if our services met your expectations. The email will be sent by the research firm Advanis.

Completing the survey is voluntary. Your participation will be kept confidential. What you tell us won’t have an impact on your pension payments or essential services.

The survey period will end March 2026.

Option 1: If you are an Active Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) employee with access to the Compensation Web Applications (CWA), you can send us a secure message through your message centre in your MY GC Pension portal. Through the secure messaging application, you may include personal information such as your Regimental number or any personal information that is relevant to your file.
