For the purpose of service in the force, a police officer is defined as any Canadian citizen who has graduated from a recognized Canadian police training institution, has acquired Canadian police experience and who has preserved and maintained public safety.

You stated on the RCMP- GRC 571 that your prior service was service as a police officer. To receive credit for service in the force for your prior service, please confirm the following:
