Order Respecting Time Limits Established by or Under the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act (COVID-19)
The Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (5) of the Time Limits and Other Periods Act (COVID-19), makes the annexed Order Respecting Time Limits Established by or Under the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act (COVID-19).

Extension of time limit
A time limit set out in column 2 of a Part of the schedule and established under the provision set out in column 1 is extended by 180 days or to December 31, 2020, if that day occurs before the day on which the 180-day extension ends.
Coming into force
March 13, 2020
This Order is deemed to have come into force on March 13, 2020.
